What is the general processing and shipping time for an order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business days. If there is a stock issue you will be notified before you pay. Items usually take 1-2 business days to arrive however you will be given exact shipping times during the checkout process.

What is your exchange, return & refund policy?

In general full refunds are offered on most products upon return and in some cases exchanges are accepted. Please retain all original packaging if you need to return the item. There is a 20% restocking fee.
