Experience our completely USA made organic wool moisture pads! Provide your mattress or futon with protection while you enjoy resting on a pure organic and all natural fabric. The ECO Wool from domestic sheep is carded and certified for organic processing by Oregon Tilth, then felted and manufactured in the US. Excellent quality at a reasonable price.
A perfect mattress pad for resisting liquids while providing a safe, pure and comfortable sleeping surface, these pads are made without carbonizing, mothproofing or shrink-proofing. That means no chemical treatments, no plasticizers or synthetics.
Wool pads can last many seasons with minimum fuss and basic care while providing a natural and chemical free surface to rest on. Though machine washable, they rarely need it because bacteria and mold do not grow on wool. Wool also naturally resists mildew, dust mites, repels wetness and is a natural flame retardant.
These should only be washed if soiled, but if required this pad can be machine washed and dried. For this reason the pads are made oversized to allow for shrinkage and the adult sizes have elastic straps. The U.S. ECO wool is not quite as soft as the imported New Zealand Merino O-Wool and for this reason is offered at a lower price and available in the flat pad style only (not fitted).
